Everything is fine, alhamdulillah...

Insyallah, mula dah nak cari dan sediakan barangan baby sikit demi sikit. Luckily, my sis punya collection pink kaler ni dah sedia ada....:). So, next entry ada citer psl barang2 "pink" kaler ni erkk...:)

Your doctor will probably recommend a glucose screening test between now and 28 weeks. This test checks for gestational diabetes, a pregnancy-related high-blood-sugar condition.
Now is also a good time to register for antenatal classes. Don’t procrastinate because most classes aim to start when you are around seven months pregnant. Any later, you probably won’t be able to get a spot...Anmum.com
Glucose screening test done as i mentioned dlm entry bg check-up yg lepas. Alhamdulillah, resultnya excellent sekali....:). Tp berat tetap kena kontrol ehh......huhuhu

Do you have pica? Some pregnant women experience cravings for non-food items during their pregnancy such as dirt, ashes, ice, laundry starch, baking soda, toothpaste, paint chips, coffee grounds, and even cigarette butts! There isn’t an explanation for these behaviors just yet. Obviously, any doctor would tell you not to indulge your bizarre cravings as they interfere with digestion and/or poison you!...his is another big week for your magical growing baby! Just take a look at the checklist for this week: 1) ears: done; 2) fingernails: done; 3) (if you have a boy) testicles: taking their 3-4 day trip from the abdominal wall to the scrotum; and 4) lungs walls: secreting “surfactant”. What’s that? Well, surfactant is sort of what it sounds like: a surface-activated fat whose main purpose is to assist the your baby's little lungs during inflation (as in, filling with air, not getting more expensive). .baby-gaga.com
So far, saya x de lah ngidam nak makan menda yg pelik2....rasa nak makan menda2 yg biasa aje tu normal lah kan. Yang pasti, kalo terpandangkan mee goreng..mmg terasa sgt nak merasa...kalau tak ternampak depan mata, x pe plak....hehehe
Your baby’s development
Your baby now measures about 30cm (that’s about the length of a ruler) and weighs about 1lb 3oz (0.53 KG). According to medical experts, your baby is also ‘viable’, meaning that if they were to be born now, they’d have a reasonable chance of survival in a special care baby unit.

You & your body
Your hormones are raging around inside you at the moment and you’re probably feeling quite emotional during this stage of your pregnancy. You can be hyper-sensitive about anything – from watching your favourite film to somebody drinking out of your favourite mug...Danone.com

Masa scan hari tu, ukuran dan berat baby adalah normal. Alhamdulillah. About feeling, mmg ada a bit emotional....tapi sejak peknen ni, saya lbh byk mendiamkan diri je drpd nak melwn cakap atau menjawab jika ada menda yang saya tak berkenaan / x puas hati...lebih senang senyap drpd nak bukak mulut...pastu, akan terpujuklah dgn sendiri nya..sebenarnya saya sdg mengapplykan konsep "Sabar itu separuh drpd iman..."..aminn...

More headaches hanging around this week which could be impacting on your work or general concentration. Look for triggers which bring them on. For many women this is chocolate, caffeine, being out in the bright light, not drinking enough water or having a low blood sugar level from not eating frequently enough. If lying down and resting doesn’t help, check with your doctor or pharmacist about what medications are safe for you to take.

Put a foot stool under your desk at work and in front of your favourite lounge chair. Keeping your legs and feet down won’t help with ankle swelling. Get into the habit of elevating your legs too when you can to avoid blood pooling and congestion...Huggies.com

Ahh yer, lately mmg mudah sgt sakit kepala. Cuaca skrg pun x menentu, kejap ujan,..kejap panas... Cuba tuk tdk telan paracetamol walaupun my Gyne kata it's fine Biasanya saya hanya perlukan rehat berbaring sejam..dan sapukan balm panas...pastu akan okey lah....

Your baby's ears are fully functional now. And since they are, you may notice that loud noises and sudden movements can startle the little bugger. He's getting used to the everyday sounds inside the womb: the sound of your heart beating, your lungs inhaling and exhaling air, the growling of your stomach because your partner promised he'd be right back with that double cheeseburger and he's taking forever! He'll even be able to hear your voice when your partner finally arrives and you ask him where the bleep he's been! So talk nice!

It's time to find and sign up for a child-birthing class. You'll discover the wonders of labor, C-sections, cradle cap, breastfeeding, umbilical care, and all sorts of breathing and pushing techniques. (It's a good thing that your bio and sex-ed classes didn't go into this much detail, or you might never have gotten pregnant in the first place.) Basically, you find out the answers to all your questions and more (yeah, there are some you might not have wanted to know about just yet)...http://3dpregnancy.parentsconnect.com
