100 days to go....

Date : 31 Dec 2010
25wks 5 days

Risau juga saya dibuatnya....so tido kena pakai stoking....
Babies themselves don't need much to keep them happy. A full belly, a safe place to sleep, loving care and a clean, dry nappy are some of the basics. Try not to go overboard when you start thinking about organising the nursery. Do your research and try to imagine what you'll need long term, rather than buying expensive items which look gorgeous but which you'll only use for a few months. Ask other parents what they'd recommend and what they couldn't do without. Look through shop catalogues and investigate on-line alternatives. Think about adding some extra baby toiletries, packets of nappies and wipes in your shopping trolley each week; your costs will be absorbed more gradually and it won't be such financial jolt all at once.

Yer, ibu dan ayah serta k.inas dah luangkan masa bersopink serba sikit (manyak jugaklah..hehehe) barangan baby dengan pencarian pink kaler. Walaupun kononnya rasa hati mcm nk kena cari blue kaler...tapi bila pi scan 4D Doc cfm kata pink kaler....so, terimalah hakikatnya dgn lapang dada..:). Thanks a lot to my sis yang berikan manyak pilihan baju dan barangan my niece dulu tuk baby nanti. So mmg dah hampir 70% lah dapat kami berjimat.....alhamdulillah. Tapi ibu ttp rasa nak jugak ada barangan baru tuk baby...hehehe, jangan ikut nafsu belanja sgt wehh!....

Masih ada a few barang yg belum disediakan. Kain barut baby kena tambah lagi. barangan ibu msh belum beli apa2 pun...hanya ada pakaian semasa dlm pantang yg my sis berikan shj....ubat2an msh belum difikrkan lagi. Tak per lah...insyallah msh ada masa lagi tuk pencarian dan penyediaan barangan ini
Those ligaments and muscles supporting your expanding uterus are getting a work out. Progesterone and Relaxin, those all important pregnancy hormones are working their magic by loosening and relaxing the taut fibres. This is so your body can prepare for childbirth, but it also has the added bonus of making everything a little more loose. Warm baths, tummy massage or even physiotherapy can be useful in alleviating discomfort.
You could start worrying that you may go into premature labour, especially if you've previously had a baby who was born early. Your midwife or doctor will have taken a thorough history from you at your first appointment but remind them if you are concerned about this happening again...Huggies.com
Saya akan terus berdoa agar my pregnancy journey berada dalam situasi yg sepatutnya. My previous, faced a prematured labour, dan mmg berharap sgt this time akan dipermudahkan dan sempurna mengikut ketetapan yang sepatutnya. Semoga Allah memberikan saya peluang untuk menghadapi saat2 yang dipermudahkan olehNya...aminnn!
You probably can't move around as gracefully as before. Unless your doctor has advised you otherwise, it's fine to continue to exercise, but follow a few safety rules.
Don't work out when you're feeling overly tired and stop if you feel any pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. Drink plenty of water, and remember to make time for both warm-up and cool-down periods...Anmum.com

Lakukan keja mmg tetap kena buat...tidaklah saya hanya berpeluk tubuh dan baring terlentang shj 24 jam. Tapi, saya mmg sentiasa beringat, perlu amik masa tuk berehat selang masa ketika saya melakukan kerja....tido seawal sepatutnya walaupun sy sedar yang saya amat sukar tuk melelapkan mata diawal masa tidur saya....
Weight gain during pregnancy is inevitable and your baby’s growth and development depend on it. So don’t worry about having a ‘perfect’ celebrity-style bump. The amount of weight you gain can depend on your pre-pregnancy weight – if you had some weight to lose beforehand, you should try to eat a sensible, balanced diet and not put on too much weight during your pregnancy. Because there’s no single size, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to weight gain. But as a general rule, if you’re a healthy weight before pregnancy, you should aim to put on between 25 and 35 lbs ( 11 -15 KG)during the nine months. Aim to gain 15 to 25 lbs ( 7 -11 KG) if you’re overweight. But remember, pregnancy is not the time to diet – you’ll have time to deal with any excess weight in the months after your baby is born...Danone.com

So far berat mmg makin menaik. Alhamdulillah, setelah mellaui glukose test tempohari saya berada dlm range normal utk test diebetes. hanya perlu sgt2 mengawal pemakanan....perlukan kualiti zat makanan, bukannya kuantiti yer!...
Trimester two is finally almost over, which means you have that one final trimester of pregnancy to enjoy (and suffer through). You could celebrate this landmark passage by purchasing some piece of clothing designed to make your curvy body look as gorgeous and classy as possible... baby-gaga.com
Insyallah, baby sudah berada dihujung trimester kedua. Bakal melalui saat2 indah di trimester ketiga pula...Doakan kesihatan baik yg berpanjangan untuk saya dan baby ya......aminn!
